Around 4pm Eastern time, we detected an issue with our authentication provider that validates logins. The provider's service was disrupted, which prevented our ability to validate logins. Without the ability to validate logins, we prevent access to all systems to ensure that only the proper users have access to data.

At 4:21pm Eastern time, we verified that our authentication provider resolved their outage. All access to DepoDirect was restored. No depositions were interrupted, and all data remained secure.
