DepoDirect is your deposition host. All you need to do is send us an email with the deposition information and time. DepoDirect will provide a link to join the platform and a technician to oversee the entire proceeding. The same day as the deposition takes place, DepoDirect will send you a link to download the Video, a Rough Transcript, Exhibits (original/Stamped), and audio files of the deposition.
Just send us an email and DepoDirect will schedule a demonstration for you on the platform. After the demo, all you need to do is send us the date/time of your next deposition and we will schedule the platform and a trained technician for you.
DepoDirect is the stadium, the players are up to you... Just like a Zoom deposition, you will hire your preferred outside Stenographer/Digital Reporter to join the deposition, swear in the witness and take the official record... In some states, DepoDirect can provide a Digital Reporter for you subject to availability.

The final transcript will be produced by the Stenographer/Digital Reporter... If DepoDirect has provided the Digital Reporter (available in some states) your final, 99.9% accurate transcript will be delivered within 7 business days.
A DepoDirect trained technician is the valet of your deposition. They will handle all platform operations including exhibit presentation, stamping and management. DepoDirect techs will do the read-on/off and facilitate the proceeding like a videographer would in an in-person deposition.
With every deposition taken on DepoDirect you will receive a Trained Technician, Witness-only Video, Rough Transcript, Real-Time transcription, Exhibit Suite, Stamped Exhibits, Individual Audio Files of each participant and the platform usage for $99/hr.

On every deposition we host, DepoDirect provides a trained technician to admit participants, stamp/present/annotate exhibits and handle any technical issues that may arise. Just like for a Zoom depo, your preferred Stenographer/Digital Reporter joins the deposition, swears in the witness and provides the final transcript.
The same day as your depo, DepoDirect delivers your work product consisting of a Witness-only Video, Rough Transcript, Original/Stamped exhibits and audio files… All for $99/hr.
